Ingredients

3 ekor sotong putih yang dipotong
3 ulas bawah merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 cm belacan
100 gram asam jawa
Secukup rasa gula
Secukup rasa garam
3 helai daun limau purut
5 sudu besar cili blend
1 biji bawang besar

Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar hingga kekuningan
