1. Boleh guna daging biasa juga
2. Bebola daging boleh rebus hingga masak digoreng dahulu jika suka bebola yang garing diluar

300g daging batang pinang
15 biji bebola daging
3 sdb lada hitam
3 ulas bawang putih
2 biji bawang merah kecil
1 cm halia
4-5 sdb kicap manis
Secukupnya air
Secukupnya minyak untuk menumis
Secukup rasa garam
