Daging hendaklah disalai atas bara api sabut barulah dapat aroma yg sedap.

Ingredients

1 kg daging salai
30 biji cili api
1 inci kunyit hidup
2 batang serai (dititik)
1 liter santan
10 biji belimbing buluh ( belah 2)
Secukup rasa garam

Daging salai hendaklah dicuci bersih dahulu, kemudian rebus dengan 1/2 jug air, cili api yg ditumbuk lumat bersama kunyit, garam & serai.
