Ingredients

2 ekor ketam
3 sudu besar cili kisar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 labu bawang besar
1 sudu rempah kari
2 biji telur
1 senduk minyak
1 sudu gula
Secukup rasa garam
1 cawan air

Instructions

Tuangkan minyak dlm kuali.
Bawang putih & bawang besar tumbuk kasar.
Tumis dulu bawang td, lps tu masukkan cili kisar.
Masukkan garam dan gula.
Bila dah pecah minyak masukkan serbuk kari.
