Masukkan bhn kisar n serai yg diketuk kedlm periuk bersama sayur maman @ jeruk maman tadi..sayur shj..air buang (refer gmbr).
Masukkan santan cair.

Apabila mendidih,masukkan ikan n baki santan tadi. Biar mendidih selama 5 ke 10 mnit..Perasakan dengan garam.
