This dishes is very famous from Taiwan and almost can found in every Taiwanese's Restaurant.
Normally they're using pork but you can use minced chicken or beef ( I've used beef minced meat) as well.
The taste is definitely same and it is delicious.
Heat up the frying pan then put a spoon of oil,saute the minced garlic and chopped shallots until golden brown then add minced meat following the dried chilies.
