Taiwanese's Minced Meat

This dishes is very famous from Taiwan and almost can found in every Taiwanese's Restaurant. Normally they're using pork but you can use minced chicken or beef ( I've used beef minced meat) as well. The taste is definitely same and it is delicious.

Tips

You may add some water if you want some gravy or the meat is too dry.

This minced meat is suitable for plain rice or for noodles as well.

Ingredients

200 gram minced meat
Few shallots
Few garlic
Few dried chilies
For coloring kicap lemak manis
To taste salt

Meanwhile boiled the egg (Hard-boiled egg) and leave it to cool completely

Heat up the frying pan then put a spoon of oil,saute the minced garlic and chopped shallots until golden brown then add minced meat following the dried chilies.

Cook the meat until half cooked then add the Kicap lemak manis and salt to taste. Keep stir until cooked!
