500 gram lala
2 ulas bawang putih
3 biji bawang merah
20 biji cili padi
2 batang serai
1 1/2 inci halia
1 inci kunyit
1 kpg asam keping
1 cawan santan
1 cawan air
1 sudu besar minyak

1. Cuci lala hingga bersih dan tos. Ketepikan.
