Secukupnya kicap cair
Secukupnya lada sulah
4 sudu besar kicap pekat
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
5 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus
1 batang kayu manis
Secukupnya sos tiram
1 inchi halia (diketuk)
Secukupnya serbuk perasa
2 1/2 cawan air

Perap cendawan dengan gula,kicap cair dan lada sulah selama 1/2 jam. Ketepikan.
