500g kacang dhal
1 biji telur
3 tangkai daun kari
2 sudu besar serbuk kari
2 biji cili hijau/ cili padi
1/2 cawan air
Secukupnya minyak masak
Secukupnya bahan perasa (garam, gula, kiub ayam)
