Tips

1. Jika kuah carbonara terlalu pekat ,boleh tambah sedikit air .

2. Boleh campur mushroom soup untuk jadikan kuah lebih muai .

1/2 kg udang
1 botol sos prego (carbonara mushroom)
1 paket ayam cincang/kisar
2 biji bawang merah (potong dadu)
1 sudu besar tepung gandum (jika perlu)
1 botol susu dutch lady (low fat)
(secukupnya) daun parsli
(secukupnya) air
(secukupnya) garam
