3/4 cup | milk of choice |
1/2 cup | oats |
1 tbsp | brown sugar or sweetener of choice |
1/2 teaspoon | vanilla essence |
A dash | salt |
The night before, combine the milk, oats, brown sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a glass pint jar or other container with a lid.
Secure the lid and shake. Refrigerate at least 6 hours up to overnight.
