1 genggam dihiris daun bawang
1/2 labu dicincang kasar bawang besar
2 tangkai dihiris lada merah
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum*
1/2 cawan tepung jagung*
1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik*
Sedikit air suam
1 sb garam
1/2 sk gula
Untuk menggoreng minyak masak
