Terpulang sama ada nak tumis dgn minyak atau didihkan air begitu sahaja. Mak kami suka tumis katanya lebih sedap.

200g isi ayam/udang/sotong(rebus asing)
5 btg serai (ketuk)
2 bj jus limau nipis
10 helai daun limau purut
8 bj cili padi (potong dua)
2 paket pes tomyam
1/4 bj bunga kobis
1/2 bj carrot
2 bgkus jagung muda
1 bj bwg besar hiris
1 bj tomato
1 jug air
Tumbuk/kisar
5 ulas bwg merah
2 ulas bwg putih
1 inci lengkuas
1 inci halia
1 sudu kecil lada hitam

Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam periuk. Tumis bahan2 yg ditumbuk dan serai hingga wangi.
