Tips

Dont forget to put cream of tartar

Ingredients

1/4 sudu teh cream of tartar
1/8 sudu teh cornstarch
1/4 sudu teh vanilla extract
1/4 sudu teh vinegar
1 cup caster sugar
A pinch salt

Asingkan putih telur dan masukkan ke dalam mixer. Sambil itu, letakkan secubit garam. Birkan seketika sehingga putih telur cantik

Setelah putih telur kembang, masukkan vanilla extract dan cream of tartar ke dalam mixer.

Setelah itu, masukkan corn starch dan caster gula ke dalam mixer. Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit menggunakan sudu sehingga ia menjadi meringue

Masukkan ke dlm oven dgn suhu 200c utk 20 minit pertama dan 150c utk 20minit. Setelah masak, biarkan seketika meringue itu sejuk sendiri didalam oven
