Tips

ikan tongkol goreng dulu, tapi jangan garing sangat, biar separa masak sedikit ..buat sambal dan masukkan ikan.

Ingredients

2 ekor ikan tongkol saiz sederhana
3/4 cawan jus asam jawa
2 1/2 senduk nasi cili kisar
1 biji bawang besar belah 6 dan leraikan
Secukup rasa garam dan gula
Bahan Kisar Halus
1 biji bawang besar
5 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
1 inci belacan

Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, masukkan bahan kisar halus dan tumis hingga harum.
