This recipe was learnt in my first kitchen-lab experiment with my precious friends.

Tips

Use apple diced as fillings for healthier recipe.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
11 gram instant yeast
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for yeast)
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
3/4 cup granulated sugar (for fillings)
3/4 cup diced apple
3 tablespoon soft margarine
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup lukewarm water
1 nos egg

Mix instant yeast and granulated sugar (1 tablespoon) in lukewarm water.
