Tak payah masukkan air asam jawa/ cuka sebab masa rebus ikan tu kita dah letak asam jawa ye.

Ingredients

4 ketul- cuci bersih ikan tenggiri
2 sudu besar asam jawa
2 keping asam keping
1/2 bj- cincang bwg besar
2 ulas- cincang bwg putih
3 bj- potong dua cili padi
2 sudu besar kicap
1 sudu besar sos tiram
Secukupnya garam,,gula
Hiasan/tabur daun sup & daun bawang

Rebus ikan bersama asam jawa & asam keping & sedikit air dalam 5 minit.
