300 gram | almond slices |
100 gram | melon seeds (kuaci putih) |
100gram | pumpkin seeds (kuaci hijau) |
120 gram | sunflower seeds |
500 gram | florentine flour |
20 gram (approximately) | black sesame (bijan hitam) |
Bake the seeds/nuts in oven to make it crunchy in around 10 seconds. Watch carefully. Temp around 160-180 •c
Pour 450 g florentine flour in the bowl with the nuts/seeds. Mix well.

Scoop around 8-9 spoons of mixture onto the baking paper and spread thinly ( depends on the size of tray used)

Take the baking paper out and cut it using pizza cutter or knife. Depends on size and shape you want. Do this while it's still hot. Immediately.
