2 kg daging lembu
2 biji bawang besar
7 biji bawang putih
5 cm halia
2 cmb jintan manis
2 cmb ketumbar
1 senduk cili kisar
3 batang serai
2 helai daun kunyit
5 helai daun limau purut
1 liter air rebusan daging
200 ml santan pekat
2 cmb gula merah
Secukup rasa garam
60 g tomato puri
