1. Kalau suka yg jenis berat, boleh letak crutton n dada ayam yg dibakar, sesuai utk org yg sedang berdiet.

2. Resepi saya ni versi salad ringan2 je.

Ingredients

1 biji epal hijau
5 helai iceberg lettuce
1 batang carrot
3 sudu mayonis
Secukupnya dried fruit (goji, aprikot, kismis)
Secukupnya kekacang (kuaci dan pumpkin seeds)

Epal dan carrot dipotong dadu. Iceberg lettuce dipotong kecil.
