Tips

Sos tomato boleh digantikan dengan air asam jawa.

Ingredients

1 labu bawang besar, kisar
3 biji bawang merah, kisar
3 ulas bawang putih, cincang halus
1/2" halia, cincang halus
2 batang serai
4 sudu besar cili kisar
1/2" belacan
2 sb sos tiram
2 sb sos cili
2 sb sos tomato
2 sb kicap cair
1 biji telur
Secukup rasa gula
Secukup rasa garam
2 ekor ketam

Salutkan ketam dengan tepung jagung, serbuk kunyit and garam then goreng.
