Seafood Aglio Olio Instant Noodle (Aglio Olio Makanan Laut Mi Segera)

I was craving for homemade aglio olio pasta but i do not have any pasta at that moment. I only have packets of instant noodles. So I modified the recipe using instant noodles. Also, this is a healthier cooking using instant noodles without using the seasoning powder.

Tips

1. Use boiled water to blanch the noodles.

2. Thinly slice the garlic for better texture and shorten the cooking time.

3. Dry the seafood before cooking.

Ingredients

1 packet instant noodle (maggi)
2 medium sized squids
4-6 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 bowl hot water

Instructions

Clean and cut the squids into desire shape.
Thinly slice the garlic. Blanch the instant noodles in hot water for around 1-2 minutes

Heat up a pan with some olive oil and fry the squid until half cook.

Set aside the squids and fry the garlic with some olive oil until golden crispy. Add in the squids and instant noodles.
