Fry the beef streaky until it crispy. Put aside.

Using the same pan, add in 2 tablespoon of EVOO. Put the egg and slow the fire. Stir the egg slowly but continuously until it become fluffy. Put aside

Add another 2 tablespoon of EVOO and fry the sausages until it brown. Put aside.
