Santan extra disediakan berasingan utk sesiapa yg suka santan lebih, boleh letak dlm mangkuk masing2.

Ingredients

1 cawan beras pulut hitam
1 cawan setengah air
5 sudu besar + setengah cawan santan pekat
Setengah cawan gula
Secukupnya garam

Bersihkan beras. Rendam dlm air semalaman atau saya rendam 5-6 jam.
