Tips

Udang perlu masak sekejap sahaja untuk mengekalkan kemanisannya udang.

Ingredients

300g udang
1 biji (dihiris) bawang besar
2 ulas (dihiris) bawang putih
1 biji (belah tengah) cili hijau
3 sudu besar kicap
2 cawan air
Secukupnya garam & gula

Panaskan minyak, tumiskan Bawang besar, bawang putih dan cili hijau.
