Bancuhan tidak perlu dikacau hingga mendidih. Cukup sekadar gula larut, supaya santan tidak pecah minyak.

Ingredients

2 cawan kacang merah yg telah direbus
1 cawan susu cair
2/3 cawan santan kotak
1/2 cawan susu pekat
3 cawan air
3sb gula
1sk garam
Beberapa titik pewarna merah
Secukupnya plastik aiskrim

Instructions

Satukan susu cair, santan, susu pekat, gula & garam dlm periuk. Buka api & kacau hingga gula larut.
