Ingredients

400 g kerang kering
2 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
5 cm kunyit hidup
5 cm halia
3 batang serai
5 cm lengkuas
1 senduk cili kisar
500 ml santan
2 cmb kerisik
1 helai daun kunyit
2 helai daun limau purut
2 cmb gula merah
3 keping asam keping
Secukup rasa garam
