100g | caster sugar |
1/2 tsp | soda bicarbonated |
1/2 tsp | ground cinammon |
1/2 tsp | ground allspices |
Dash | salt |
1 nos | egg (a) |
125 ml | milk |
1 tbsp | poppy seeds |
2 drops | green food coloring |
2 tbsp | melted butter |
2 pcs | kiwi - peeled and minced |
85g | sultana |
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, poppy seeds, food coloring and butter.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in kiwi fruit and raisins. Fill paper-lined muffin cases 3/4 full.

Bake at 180 C for 15-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
