Ingredients

70 g meat or seafood*
300 g shredded cabbage*
4 eggs
As much as you like spring onion
To taste salt
Okonomiyaki Sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup

Stir fried the ingredients * until cooked separately.

Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. Spread 1/2 of the batter in a circular shape.

Cover, and cook on low for 3 minutes. Then flip it over, cover, and cook the other side for 3 minutes until golden brown.
