Tips

Jika rebus daging dulu, jgn buang air rebusan daging.

Ingredients

1/2 kilo daging
5-6 biji bawang merah
1-2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
1/2 inci kunyit
1 sudu besar asam jawa extra adabi
1-2 biji tomato (belah empat)
Ikut suka daun kesum
1/2 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
4 sudu besar (ikut selera) cili giling/boh
Mengikut kepekatan kuah air/air rebusan daging
Secukup rasa garam
2 sudu besar minyak (untuk menumis)
