15 ekor udang
3 ulas bawang putih cincang
2 tangkai daun kari
1/2 cawan susu cair
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah / lada putih
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam
2 sudu besar minyak masak
2-3 sudu besar mentega
1/4 cawan air
Secukup rasa garam dan gula
