i like to make something different, and i always wanted to try mexican meals. plus during that time i had a can of black beans. This meal goes great on any game day. easy peasy and very moreish

Tips

if you dont have any tortilla chips, you can change it to fries instead.

you can even use the beef for enchiladas filling

Ingredients

Beef Gravy
500 g minced beef
1 cup yellow onion
1 packet santa maria chili corn carne seasoning
1/2 can tomato puree
1/2 can water
1 can black beans/kidney beans
2 tbsp oil
Tortillas
1 bag tortilla chips
1 cup cheddar cheese

Heat oil in a pan, stir in the onion, cook until translucent

Put in the tomato puree & water. mix well. let it simmer for about 20 mins. it should be moist not dry.
