Frozen Meatballs

i was a weekend wife before. and so leaving behind husband without any food is a no no situation hence the frozen food. most of the time i will have marinated chicken, meatballs, etc to keep him going. nothing is impossible when we work hard for it :)

Tips

use freshly ground black pepper, it'll taste even better

add chili flakes of you wanna give it some kick

Ingredients

500g minced beef
1 egg (a size)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp italian seasoning
To taste salt & pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Mix all ingredient in a clean bowl.

Use spoon/ice cream scoop to mould the meatballs according to your desire size.

Arrange the meatballs in a tray, once everything is done freeze them in the freezer for about 4-5 hours

Once frozen, keep the meatballs in a ziplock bag for future use.
