Ingredients

1 kg daging+tulang
5 bj bawang merah *tumbuk
3 ulas bawang putih *tumbuk
1 inci halia *tumbuk
2 inci kunyit *tumbuk
1 inci lengkuas *tumbuk
2 sudu besar lada hitam *tumbuk
1 sudu kecil ketumbar *tumbuk
3 btg serai *ketuk
2 keping asam keping
Secukupnya air
