60g | susu pekat |
25ml | susu cair |
Cara Penyediaan Kek | |
1 cawan | fresh cream dipukul hingga kental |
Pukul mentega & gula sgga kembang. Masukkan telur putih sedikit2 sambil di pukul. Masukkan tepung* & campuran susu** berselang-seli sehingga sebati
Tuang adunan ke dlm acuan yg di lapik kertas & di minyakkan. Bakar 170C selama sejam atau sehingga masak. Sejukkan di atas radai sebelum di hias.
