10 ekor - buang kulit udang
5 biji - hiris shitake mushroom
1/2 biji - hiris lobak merah
Bahan Sos
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1/2 sudu besar gula
1/2 sudu besar - campur bersama air tepung jagung
1/4 sudu kecil minyak bijan
