2 keping salmon fillet
Secubit garam
1 sudu kecil lada hitam (ditumbuk halus)
1 sudu minyak zaitun
Mengikut citarasa baby carrot, tomato ceri, kacang buncis, brokoli, capsicum
1 hiris lemon
