4-8 pcs (thinly sliced) | bird's eye chilli (cili padi) |
200 grams | large prawns |
3 tablespoon | butter |
3/4 can | evaporated milk (canned) |
20 leaves | curry leaves |
1 teaspoon | corn flour (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1 tbsp | sugar |
2 tablespoon | cooking oil |
2 tablespoon | garlic (blended) |
Firstly, clean the prawns with fresh/tap water. do not remove the skin as it is important to flavour up the sauce.
Add cooking oil in the pan. then as the oil begins to heat up add butter. (oil helps to prevent the butter getting burnt easily)

The sauce will thickened in a few minutes. if its not then you have poured a little too much quantity of milk. dont worry, just add some cornstarch.
