Secukup rasa garam
Sehelai daun pisang
Bahan Sambal
1 senduk cili kisar
1 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk lumat
1 labu bawang merah - ditumbuk lumat
2 sudu gula
Secukup rasa garam
1 cawan air asam jawa
2 sudu minyak utk menumis
