1. Boleh kurangkan air jika mahu paprik kering.

2. Nak menarik, sotong boleh la potong bunga-bunga @ petak-petak.

3. Elak masak sotong terlalu lama, nanti liat.

Ingredients

4 ekor sotong (dibasuh & dipotong)
1 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar (potong dadu)
Setengah batang lobak merah (hiris bulat)
1 biji tomato (belah 6)
5 batang kacang buncis (dipotong serong)
1 pokok siew pak choy
