Ingredients

4-5 fillet ikan salmon
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada hitam
4-5 slices lemon
10-12 batang kacang buncis
1 biji tomato
1 sdb minyak zaitun

Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam non stick pan (saya guna fish magic pan).Kemudian ratakan lada hitam dan garam pada fillet salmon.Perahkan sedikit lemon.

Susun fillet salmon, serta kacang buncis di dalam magic pan. 2-3 minit kemudian balikkan periuk. 2-3 minit kemudian rehatkan sebentar salmon anda.
