1 keping - hiris dada ayam
100 gram - hiris rebung
1 biji - hiris memanjang cili merah
1 pokok - lurut daun daun pudina
3 camca kecil perahan jus limau
Bahan Sos:
2 camca besar sos ikan
1 camca kecil gula
2 camca besar sos cili
4 camca besar santan
