Tips

Jika guna kentang USA yg besar tu cukup la 5 biji sahaja. Kalau guna kentang biasa, guna lah dalam 10 biji atau lebih.

Ingredients

5 biji kentang us - buang kulit
1/4 cawan fresh milk
3 sudu butter
1 sudu lada sulah
Secukup rasa garam
Bahan Inti
1 labu bawang holland - cincang
2 ulas bawang putih - cincang
1 biji tomato - potong dadu
1 paket daging cincang
1 tin sos prego/ tomato puri
1 tin cendawan butang - hiris
1 sudu lada hitam
Secukup rasa garam
1 sudu serbuk oregano
2 sudu sos cili
2 sudu butter
Utk Disapu Atas Kentang
1 biji telur + pewarna kuning setitik
