1 mangkuk daging dihiris nipis
1 cawan air
1sb sos blackpepper life
1 sb sos tiram
1sb kicap
Secukup rasa garam
Segenggam kacang bendi dipotong serong
1 tangkai cili merah potong memanjang
1 labu bawang besar dihiris
Bahan Tumbuk
2 ulas bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih
1cm halia
1sk lada hitam biji
Bahan Perapan Daging
1sb sos blackpepper
1sk soda bicarbonat
