1 biji bawang besar (hiris)
4ulas (1ulas utk roti) bawang putih (chop)
1.5 liter stok ayam atau stok sayur
75 ml krim masakan
3 tangkai daun parsley (chop)
3 tangkai daun thyme (chop)
75g butter
4 keping roti putih
2 sudu besar olive oil

Basuh Cendawan sehingga bersih dan potong kecil. panaskan kuali masukkn olive oil.

Masukkan pula stok ayam dan masak lg. Dengan mnggunakan pengisar tangan kisar semua bahan masak td sehingga hancur. Bole juga dikisar dgn blender.
