| 3 s/b | kicap manis |
| 1 s/b | sos lada hitam |
| 1 sdt | serbuk lada hitam |
| 1 sdt | garam |

Ayam yang telah dibasuh cuci, letak dalam loyang oles dengan mentega.

Blend bawang besar & halia. Tuang ke atas ayam.

Masukkan semua bahan yang ada pada ayam. Gaul & sapu sebati pada ayam. Jika isi ayam tebal, toreh & isi bancuhan setiap permukaan ayam.

Panaskan oven pada suhu 200°c selama 10 minit.
