1 sisir pisang di potong serong
2 - 3 ketul gula melaka
2 sudu besar gula pasir
500 ml santan kotak di campur dgn air agak2 pekatnya
Beberape helai daun pandan -disimpul
Secubit garam

Masakkan gula melaka dan gula pasir dgn sedikit air hingga gula cair dan masukkan santan dan daun pandan,masak hingga santan mendidih.
