1 paket lobak asin
4 sudu besar sos tiram
2 ulas bawang putih
3 inci halia
2 batang cili hidup
Secukupnya daun sup

Bersihkan ikan terlebih dahulu dan simpan dalam loyang. Panaskan pengukus terlebih dahulu.

Sementara itu, masak sos ikan. Tumis bawang putih, halia, cili hidup, dan lobak asin. Masukkan sos tiram. Tutup api.
