Make sure ada daun kari, kalau tak, bukan masak butter namanya.

Ingredients

1/2 kg ayam
1/2 cawan butter
1 gelas fresh milk/susu cair
Lebih banyak lebih sedap daun kari
7 biji cili padi
3 ulas bawang putih

Ayam kalau nak goreng terlebih dahulu pun okay. Firstly, cairkan butter, masukkan bawang putih. Masukkan susu segar/susu cair. Gaul sebati.
