Ingredients

1 batang terung
1 genggam ikan bilis
3 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
13 biji cili padi
1 sudu besar belacan
1 sudu kecil ajinomoto

Bakar terung di atas non stick pan tanpa minyak sehingga menjadi lembut. Jangan sampai hangus.
